As a Media and Solutions Analyst, I facilitate clients' decision-making with insights from retail and advertisement data.

Personal Projects:

  • Delivering client decks showing campaign performance, brand performance, category trends, and competitor movement
  • Liaising with account manager account and working with proprietary data tools to to extract reports and overlay with client-specific data

I worked at EY  as a Client Support Specialist in the Core Business Services team.

About My Role:

  • Developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Cork office reception desk, detailing key responses to clients during calls, visits, and facilities handling
  • Service Optimization - Tracked client engagement metrics including client visit times and meeting room bookings to identify areas forservice improvement.
  • Event Facilitation and Communications: Liaised with various teams (consultancy, marketing, HR, facilities mgt) to curate in-house events, manage internal communications and streamline visitor experiences.

As part of my MSc placement, I was with Anume as a Marketing Analyst. This is a wellness clinic focused on aesthetic and holistic wellness.

Here are my highlights :

  • Post-event loyalty program tracking: Liaised with a leading Australian beauty company for its brand launch in the clinic, tracking use of out discount card 
  • A/B testing of weekly email campaigns to customers with an average CTR of 15% within 4 months
  • Documented client transformation journeys through video and images
  • Monthly tracking and optimization of Meta ad spend to grow our new and recurring client base 
  • Managed customer experience by improving the features of our booking system, service listings and website

BM is an experiential marketing and events agency. I contributed to their vision of helping brands build affinity by facilitating pop-up events for supermarkets and food brands, including Cadbury, Tesco and Nestle's PurinaOne.

Why I loved it :

  • Championed a new user acquisition campaign for Tesco Clubcard to improve customer loyalty metrics
  • Conducted field research with customers in major retail stores across Cork city, reporting feedback to senior management
  • Translated campaign goals into promotional activities in-store, physically engaging customers, with an average conversion rate of 30% per event (product purchase and loyalty programme signup)

MTN Nigeria Telecoms

MTN NG, part of MTN Group, is Nigeria's largest telecoms operator by market share and revenue (as at 2024). 

In the Marketing team, I worked in Customer Value Management, Data & Propositions, Business Intelligence, and Brand Management. 

My Contributions:

  • Liaised with pricing team to develop business cases for new tariff plans and products
  • Prepared reports and dashboards to track static and adhoc KPIs, highlighting gaps between target and actual performance at early stages
  •  Spearheaded post-implementation analysis for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, reporting performance to senior management
  • Reduced customer churn and grew Active Data Subscribers by crafting targeted SMS and digital campaigns

Veritas University is a faith-based higher institution in Nigeria. Focused on delivering university education with the consciousness of Catholic teachings and morals.

My work at Veritas:

  • Obtained NUC approval for Digital Marketing as a stand-alone course. I also taught the first cohort of 400 level students this course in 2020/2021
  • Compiled over 15 lecture notes for marketing topics including marketing strategy, consumer behavior, marketing communications, brand management, and digital marketing
  • Served as exam officer for the Department of Marketing for over 1 year, collating student assessments and presenting results to the Student Business Council (SBC) for approval
